If anything isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist you.
Timeframe
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Returned with its original packaging and all included materials.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
Shipping
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- If there is a defect or issue from our side, Manhout will cover all related costs.
Note
Each piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in shape or texture may occur.
الاستبدال والاسترجاع
نحرص في منحوت على أن تكون تجربتك مريحة وواضحة.
وفي حال وجود أي مشكلة، يسعدنا مساعدتك بكل سهولة.
المدة
- متاح طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.
الشروط
- يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية.
- يتم إرجاعه مع التغليف الأصلي وكافة ملحقاته.
- يشترط وجود إثبات الشراء.
الشحن
- يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن.
- في حال وجود عيب صناعي أو خطأ من جانبنا، تتحمل منحوت كافة التكاليف.
ملاحظة
نظرًا لأن كل قطعة تُصنع يدويًا، قد توجد اختلافات بسيطة في الشكل أو الملمس، وهو ما يميز كل قطعة بطابعها الخاص.
Order Cancellation
We understand that plans may change.
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, free of charge.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. A return can be requested after delivery.
